In pharmaceuticals, biological experiments, electronics manufacturing and other scenarios, material cross-clean-zone transfer is a high-risk cross-contamination link.   1. Dual Sterilization Protection
     
    Equipped with UV germicidal lamp and HEPA two-stage purification, UV quickly kills surface microorganisms, HEPA thoroughly intercepts particles, ensuring material surface and transfer air meet Class 100, eliminating cross-contamination. Ordinary pass-through boxes only have physical isolation.
     
  2. Intelligent Interlock Design
     
    Mechanical or electronic interlock, doors cannot open simultaneously, preventing airflow leakage. SUS304 stainless steel, double tempered glass windows, seamless and protrusion-free, easy to wipe with disinfectant wipes, withstands frequent alcohol disinfection. Simple pass-through boxes have no interlock.
     
  3. Ready-to-Use
     
    No complex installation, out-of-box use, compact size, quickly embeds walls of different thicknesses, customizable specifications. Optional dynamic laminar function for higher cleanliness. Fixed models cannot adapt to complex walls.

II. Quick Selection Guide

 
  • Biosafety Laboratories / Vaccine Production (ISO 1–5): Dynamic laminar model with UV + HEPA + MES, for high-risk materials.
  • Pharmaceutical Workshops / Medical Device Production (ISO 6–7): Standard with UV + HEPA + interlock, for aseptic materials.
  • General Laboratories / Electronic Assembly (ISO 8): Basic with UV + interlock, for routine materials.
 

III. Installation Process

 
  1. Confirm wall opening matches outer size, reserve 220V power.
  2. Embed pass-through box into wall, seal gaps with cleanroom silicone.
  3. Connect power, test interlock, UV and HEPA.
  4. Pass particle test for cleanliness, train operators and sign acceptance.
 

IV. Daily Usage Notes

 
  1. Check UV lamp and HEPA pressure difference weekly; replace filters if pressure difference exceeds standard.
  2. Wipe interior and door with 75% alcohol in one direction; do not scrape stainless steel.
  3. Stop use immediately for interlock failure or UV lamp off; use original parts.
  4. Avoid heating equipment nearby; turn off power and cover windows and vents before fumigation.
