In the strict environment of ISO Class 1—8 clean areas, the core value of lighting equipment has long exceeded “lighting supply”, but takes “sealed antifouling, easy to clean and durable, stable adaptation” as the technical core, becoming a key supporting facility to ensure production. Traditional fluorescent lamps have completely failed to meet the long‑term high‑operation needs of clean areas due to technical shortcomings such as defective sealing structure, difficult dust accumulation cleaning and short service life; while Tianjia LED clean lamps, with four core technical advantages and clear selection, installation and maintenance standards, have become the only technical preferred choice to replace traditional lamps.

  1. Sealed protection
     
    Tianjia LED clean lamps adopt “integrated seamless welding process” with food‑grade silicone rings to achieve IP65‑level sealed protection, ensuring complete isolation between the lamp interior and clean area air, both anti‑static and dust‑suppressing. The diffusion plate is added with anti‑static coating to reduce dust adsorption from the source. Compared with traditional fluorescent lamps, there is no clear sealing standard, many gaps on the shell, easy dust accumulation, and cannot adapt to high cleanliness requirements.

II. Quick Selection Guide

 
ISO Class 1—5 clean areas must choose IP65+ positive pressure breathing valve model, adopt fully recessed installation, after the lamp body is flush with the metal wall panel ceiling, use clean‑grade silicone glue for secondary sealing around to ensure no air leakage;
 
ISO Class 6—7 can choose IP65 model, recessed or keel clip‑in installation are available;
 
ISO Class 8 can choose IP54 model, apply glue sealing on the contact surface between the lamp and the ceiling during surface mounting to avoid gap dust accumulation.
 

III. Installation Process

 
  1. Determine the lamp size according to the ceiling keel spacing before installation, reserve the installation opening error.
     
  2. Adopt waterproof terminals for wiring, seal the cable penetration with sealant;
     
  3. Detect the levelness of the lamp body after installation to reduce deviation and avoid dust accumulation and airflow disturbance.
     
 

IV. Daily Usage Precautions

 
  1. Illumination monitoring: Detect the illuminance uniformity of the clean area every week. If local brightness decreases, check whether there is damage to the LED module or dust occlusion.
     
  2. Cleaning specification: For daily cleaning, use a lint‑free cloth dipped in 75% alcohol or 3% hydrogen peroxide solution to wipe the lamp surface in one direction to avoid static electricity generated by back‑and‑forth friction to adsorb dust.
     
  3. Abnormal disposal: If the lamp flickers or brightness drops sharply, repair under the local isolation state of the clean area to avoid particle pollution during operation.
     
  4. Environmental adaptation: Avoid placing heating equipment around the lamp to prevent high temperature from accelerating the aging of sealant; if fumigation disinfection is carried out in the clean area, turn off the lamp power in advance to avoid circuit damage.
