  1. High-Airtightness Design
     
    Door leaf self-adhesive + door frame embedded double sealing structure, extremely high airtightness, strong wind resistance, stably maintaining clean zone pressure difference, effectively blocking external particles and airflow leakage. Equipped with independent or compact actuator locks, no shaking or gaps after closing. Ordinary clean doors only have single sealing strips, poor airtightness.
     
  2. Durable Structure
     
    1.5mm electro-galvanized steel door frame, 1.0mm inner reinforced door panel, filled with flame-retardant paper honeycomb or fireproof aluminum honeycomb, high strength and lightweight. Customizable fluorocarbon, electrostatic or baking finish, withstands frequent alcohol / hydrogen peroxide disinfection, antimagnetic, cold-resistant, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, long life, short maintenance cycle. Ordinary clean doors have thin materials and poor filling.
     
  3. Full-Scene Custom Adaptation
     
    Supports flat frame, ring frame, clamping, plug-in structures, square glass, single/double windows, detachable, spring hydraulic hinges, customizable colors. Adapts to various clean zones, seamlessly connects with air showers and pass-through boxes. Fixed models cannot adapt to complex walls.

II. Quick Selection Guide

 
  • ISO 1–5 High-Cleanliness Zones: High-airtightness model with double sealing + independent actuator lock, for biosafety laboratories, chip manufacturing.
  • ISO 6–7 Medium-High-Cleanliness Zones: Standard model with single sealing + compact actuator lock, for pharmaceutical workshops, medical device production.
  • ISO 8 General-Cleanliness Zones: Basic model with basic sealing + ordinary hinges, for general laboratories, electronic assembly.
 

III. Installation Process

 
  1. Confirm wall opening size matches door, reserve power, complete accessories.
  2. Embed door frame into wall, fix with expansion bolts, calibrate level.
  3. Install door leaf and hinges, debug lock and sealing strips.
  4. Test airtightness and wind resistance, train operators and sign acceptance.
 

IV. Daily Usage Notes

 
  1. Check sealing strips and locks monthly; replace if aging or failure.
  2. Wipe door surface with 75% alcohol in one direction; do not scrape coating or windows.
  3. Contact professionals for deformation or airtightness drop; do not disassemble.
  4. Avoid heavy objects nearby; turn off automatic door power and cover windows before fumigation.
