How Does an Air Shower Work?

1.Entry: A person or trolley enters the air shower through an interlocked door.

2.Activation: Sensors detect motion and activate the air nozzles.

3.High-Velocity Air Jets: Air is blown at 20–30 m/s through HEPA or ULPA filters.

4.Contaminant Removal: Particles are dislodged from surfaces and captured by return air grilles.

5.Exit: Once the cycle is complete, the exit door unlocks.
