HEPA Air Filter Box for Duct Systems/Cleanrooms (Continued)

Latest company news about HEPA Air Filter Box for Duct Systems/Cleanrooms (Continued)
stable within Class 100/1000 standards. Traditional filters only rely on simple screening with insufficient interception efficiency, failing to meet high‑cleanliness zone requirements and easily causing production risks due to excessive particles.

  1. Sealing Protection Technology: Dual Protection from Material to Structure

Tianjia HEPA filters use polyurethane sealant + silicone gel installation sealing, coupled with precision‑machined aluminum profiles, achieving a seamless fit between the filter and mounting surface to eliminate leakage risks. The frame surface is salt‑spray corrosion resistant and can withstand high‑temperature and high‑humidity environments. In contrast, traditional filters use ordinary sponge seals that age and deform easily, with sealing performance decaying after 3–6 months of operation, increasing particle concentration in clean areas.

  2. Weather‑Resistant and Durable Design: Optimized Full‑Life Cycle Cost

Tianjia HEPA filters use low‑resistance fiberglass media, avoiding increased HVAC energy consumption while ensuring high filtration efficiency. The aluminum frame and hot‑melt adhesive structure withstand frequent airflow impacts and cleaning disinfection, with a service life of up to 2–3 years—2–3 times that of traditional filters.

  3. Flexible Adaptability: Precise Matching for Multiple Scenarios

Tianjia HEPA filters offer two product lines: GKYC Series and anti‑flange liquid tank series, covering more than 10 sizes from 320×320mm to 1220×630mm. Rated air volume is optional from 300m³/h to 2500m³/h. Recessed and flanged installation methods flexibly adapt to different cleanroom HVAC layouts, enabling quick upgrades without additional modification.

II. Quick Selection Guide

  • ISO Class 1–5 high‑cleanliness zones: Select GKYC Series with efficiency ≥ H14, equipped with anti‑flange liquid tank sealing structure for zero leakage.
  • ISO Class 6–7 clean zones: Select H13 GKYC Series with standard recessed installation.
  • ISO Class 8 clean zones: H12 models can be used; apply silicone gel for secondary sealing on the mounting surface when surface‑mounted to avoid gap leakage.

III. Installation Process

  1. Conduct integrity testing on the filter before installation to ensure no damage to the media.
  2. Wear clean gloves during installation to avoid contaminating the filter media.
  3. Perform scanning leak detection on the sealing surface after installation.

IV. Daily Usage Precautions

  1. Differential Pressure Monitoring: Record pressure difference before and after the filter daily. If pressure rises sharply in a short time, check for filter clogging or airflow abnormalities to avoid affecting cleanroom ventilation efficiency due to excessive resistance.
  2. Environmental Adaptation: Avoid stacking debris around the filter to keep airflow passages unobstructed. If disinfection is performed in the cleanroom, confirm the filter’s corrosion resistance in advance to prevent media damage.
  3. Abnormal Handling: If particle concentration in the cleanroom suddenly exceeds the standard, first check for seal failure or media damage, locate leaks with PAO leak detection, and replace or repair promptly.
  4. Cleaning Taboo: Do not directly flush the filter with water or alcohol; only gently wipe the frame surface with a dry, lint‑free cloth to avoid reduced filtration efficiency caused by media moisture.
