  1. Class 100 Laminar Protection
     
    H14 HEPA filters, extremely high particle efficiency, PAO and particle test certified, stable Class 100 laminar air. Slightly negative pressure design relative to room, operation zone always safe, preventing harmful aerosol diffusion, internal circulation from room air without affecting overall pressure difference. Ordinary models have low efficiency and no negative pressure.
     
  2. Full-Scene Custom Adaptation
     
    Supports non-standard design based on on-site process and layout, modular on-site assembly, high installation efficiency, fast adaptation to different spaces. Optional cooling coil for precise temperature control, supports MES integration for digital control, adapting to biopharmaceuticals, electronics manufacturing. Fixed models cannot adapt to complex layouts.
     
  3. Low-Noise High-Efficiency Operation
     
    Losen or EBM low-noise fans, low noise, lower power consumption than traditional models, avoiding noise and heat affecting precision and comfort. SUS304 stainless steel, antimagnetic, cold-resistant, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, withstands frequent alcohol / hydrogen peroxide disinfection, long machine and filter life, 40% lower long-term cost.
     
 

II. Quick Selection Guide

 
  • Biosafety Laboratories / Vaccine Production (ISO 1–5): High-end with cooling coil + MES, for virus detection, live bacteria culture.
  • Pharmaceutical Workshops / Medical Device Production (ISO 6–7): Standard with negative pressure + Class 100, for aseptic preparation and precision assembly.
  • General Laboratories / Electronic Assembly (ISO 8): Basic with core laminar function, for routine experiments and component packaging.
 

III. Installation Process

 
  1. Confirm flat area, 220V/380V power and ventilation, complete modular accessories.
  2. Splice stainless steel frame, install HEPA and fan units, calibrate laminar vent level.
  3. Seal gaps with cleanroom silicone, connect power, debug negative pressure and laminar wind speed, verify temperature control and MES.
  4. Pass PAO leak detection and particle test for Class 100, train operators and sign acceptance.
 

IV. Daily Usage Notes

 
  1. Check operation zone negative pressure daily; inspect filter clogging or sealing leakage if abnormal.
  2. Wipe operation zone with 75% alcohol in one direction; do not scrape stainless steel.
  3. Repair under local isolation if laminar wind speed drops or negative pressure alarms; use original H14 filters.
  4. Avoid heating equipment nearby; turn off power and cover vents before fumigation.
