    Tianjia modular cleanrooms adopt rock wool / PU / MGO sandwich panels as core wall materials, featuring Class A1 fire resistance, high-efficiency thermal insulation, and moisture & mildew resistance. They pass 48-hour salt spray test without corrosion, withstand extreme temperatures from -20°C to 65°C, and maintain long-term structural stability even in high-humidity or frequent disinfection environments, eliminating cleanliness failure caused by panel deformation or corrosion. Compared with traditional color steel plates, traditional panels easily deform due to moisture and have insufficient fire resistance, failing to meet high-safety requirements in pharmaceutical, semiconductor and other industries.
     
  2. Modular Fast-Installation Design
    Standardized modules with hidden buckle structure require no on-site welding, improving installation efficiency by 60%. Clean spaces from 10 to 1000 ㎡ can be quickly built and support later expansion. Walls, ceilings, doors and windows are seamlessly spliced and sealed with cleanroom-grade silicone, with a gap rate ≤0.1%, minimizing particle accumulation and air leakage. Traditional civil cleanrooms have long construction cycles, difficult renovation, and total costs 2–3 times higher than modular solutions.

    We provide a complete set of supporting equipment from Tianjia LED clean lamps to FFU laminar flow units, pass-through boxes, and air showers, realizing integrated control of lighting, purification, disinfection and monitoring. LED clean lamps are flicker-free, high-CRI, and low-temperature, avoiding thermal airflow disturbance; FFU units use H14 HEPA filters with high filtration efficiency to ensure stable air quality.   • ISO 6–7 Medium-High-Cleanliness Zones: Use H13 HEPA filters with medium-efficiency pre-filtration, matched with IP65 Tianjia LED clean lamps, suitable for pharmaceutical workshops, medical device production, food aseptic filling and other scenarios requiring strict microbial and particle control.
  • ISO 8 General-Cleanliness Zones: Configured with H12 HEPA filters and primary-efficiency pre-filtration, matched with IP54 Tianjia LED clean lamps, suitable for cosmetics production, electronic assembly, general laboratories and other moderately demanding applications.

IV. Daily Usage Notes

Check air cleanliness, temperature, humidity and illuminance uniformity weekly. If local abnormalities occur, inspect for filter clogging, LED module damage or airflow disturbance.

For daily cleaning, use a dust-free cloth with 75% alcohol or 3% hydrogen peroxide to wipe walls and lamp surfaces in one direction; do not scrape panel surfaces with hard tools.

If cleanliness is unqualified, equipment flickers or fan noise is abnormal, repair under local isolation to avoid particle pollution; use original parts of the same specification when replacing filters or LED modules.

Avoid placing heating equipment or dust-generating materials near the cleanroom; turn off all power and cover lamps and vents before fumigation.
