Usage

The pass box shall be managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher-level clean area connected with it. For example, the pass box connected with the filling room shall be managed according to the requirements of the filling room. After work, the operator of the clean area shall be responsible for wiping clean the internal surfaces of the pass box and turning on the ultraviolet sterilization lamp for 30 minutes.

1. The material entering and leaving the clean area must be strictly separated from the flow passage, and the material entering and leaving the production workshop must be the special passage.

2. When the materials enter, the raw and auxiliary materials shall be taken off the package or cleaned by the person in charge of the preparation process, and then sent to the temporary storage room of the raw and auxiliary materials of the workshop through the pass box. After the outer package is removed from the outer temporary storage room, the inner package materials are sent to the inner package room through the pass box. The workshop integrator and the person in charge of the preparation and internal packaging process handle the material handover.

3. When transmitting through the pass box, the regulation of “1 opening and 1 closing” of the inner and outer doors of the pass box must be strictly implemented, and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time. After the outside door puts the materials in, the door is closed first, and then the inside door puts the materials out and closes the door, thus circulating.

4. When the materials in the clean area are sent out, the materials shall be transported to the relevant material intermediate station first, and moved out of the clean area according to the opposite procedure when the materials enter.

5. All semi-finished products transported from the clean area shall be transported from the delivery window to the outer temporary storage room and transferred to the outer packaging room through the logistics channel.

6. Materials and wastes that are extremely prone to pollution shall be transported to non-clean areas from their special pass boxs.

7. After the materials enter and exit, the site of each clean room or intermediate station and the hygiene of the pass box shall be cleaned in time, the inner and outer passage doors of the pass box shall be closed, and the cleaning and disinfection work shall be done well.

Precautions

1. The pass box is suitable for general transportation. During transportation, it prevents rain and snow from invading to avoid damage and corrosion.

2. The pass box should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of -10 ℃ ~ +40 ℃, a relative humidity of not more than 80%, and no corrosive gases such as acid and alkali.

3. When unpacking, should be civilized work, no rough, barbaric operation, so as not to cause personal injury.

4. After unpacking, please confirm whether the product is the product, and then carefully check the contents of the packing list for missing parts and whether the parts are damaged due to transportation.

Operational specifications

1. Wipe the items to be delivered with 0.5% peracetic acid or 5% iodophor solution.

2. Open the outer door of the pass box, quickly place the items to be transmitted, spray and disinfect the pass box with 0.5% peracetic acid, and close the outer door of the pass box.

3. Turn on the ultraviolet lamp in the pass box and irradiate the objects to be transmitted for not less than 15 minutes.

4. Notify the experimenter or staff in the barrier system, open the inner door of the pass box, and take out the items.

5. Close the inboard door of the pass box.
